The Power of Feminine Energy in Business

There has been a lot of talk lately about the power of masculine versus feminine energy. It’s no secret that there are pros and cons to both, but what about when it comes to building a successful business? Is one more powerful than the other? According to female entrepreneurs, feminine energy is key.

There’s no doubt that masculine energy has its benefits. It’s strong, driven, and often results in fast success. However, as many female entrepreneurs know, this type of energy can also be aggressive, demanding, and sometimes even destructive. On the other hand, feminine energy is supportive, nurturing, and creates an environment of collaboration. Businesses with a strong foundation in feminine energy tend to be more sustainable and thrive over time.

In an age where masculine energy reigns supreme in the business world, an increasing number of entrepreneurs have recognized the power of feminine energy. The concept of leading an organization or business with a feminine flair is just now starting to become a movement. To continue this movement, we need all business owners to take their stand and prove to the world why feminine energy in business is more than just being a caretaker, mother, wife, or girlfriend of a male entrepreneur.

Living In A Man’s World

how to bring feminine energy into a masculine business world.

From childhood, it is ingrained in each of us to be productive, results-oriented, and an asset to our society. Our school systems encourage this behavior by providing a points system for the amount of work that you do or don’t do with school work. Even parenting children can come with a heavy masculine influence. In some households, it’s more about obeying the rules than creativity and fun.

Heck, when we enter the workforce, we often find ourselves in companies that focus more on productivity and less on the person that’s producing those efforts. Our entire world is focused on work + action = results.

Now there is nothing wrong with creating systems focused on rewards for productivity. Or focusing on following a set of rules that worked in the past. The problem arises when this is the only way to measure success in life, or with business.

The results of such a system can lead to burnout, exhaustion, disinterest, and inevitable failure. All things that every business owner has experienced at one time or another. Masculine energy has traditionally been associated with business success. However, as we move into a new era, it’s clear that feminine energy is just as powerful. In many cases, it’s even more powerful than masculine energy.

Let’s talk about the difference between the two.

What Is Masculine & Feminine Energy?

There are countless examples of women who have used their intuition and empathy to build successful businesses. What sets feminine-led businesses apart is their ability to create a safe and nurturing environment where employees, members, customers, and partners feel supported. This type of environment allows for creativity and risk-taking, which are essential for growth.

What is the difference between masculine energy vs. feminine energy? How can you know that you are leading your business with feminine energy? Let’s take a deep dive into the world of masculine vs. feminine energy.

First of all, there is nothing wrong with having masculinity or femininity in your business. Both are equally great, and neither is more important than the other. The trouble starts when there is an imbalance between either masculine or feminine energy.

Too much masculinity could mean that you focus too much on results and eventually get burnt out. Too much femininity could mean that you focus too much on creativity and not enough on the action steps behind that creativity. Just like anything else in life, moderation and balance are key.

Masculine & Feminine Energy Defined

When you think of feminine energy, some words that come to mind right away are nurturing, loving, supportive, creative, fun, and helpful. Having feminine energy in your business doesn’t necessarily mean that you are female either. A lot of balanced men can also have healthy feminine energy in their life.

When you look at the biological role of a female, we were created to be CREATORS. Males simply do not have the biological capacity to safely grow a child inside of them. When you think about it, the magic that happens inside a woman’s body for child-bearing is truly amazing.

In a spiritual sense, feminine energy is PASSIVELY active. It attracts circumstances to make things happen. It’s the key to manifesting events and circumstances in life. Ever thought about something, and “coincidentally” it happened? That’s called manifestation, and it’s less coincidental than you might think. That passive action can literally feel things into existence, and suddenly they are there.

Feminine energy is heart-centered. When you manifest, it’s all about emotions and how you feel about a certain situation or circumstance. You could say that your heart is the magnet for the thing that you wish to create in your life and your business. That heart magnet can be amplified by the amount of emotional love and support that you put into a certain thought or action in your business.

Masculine energy requires physical work to create something. It’s all about analyzing, working, doing, and results. In a very real sense, your brain is the analytical aspect that helps perform masculine activities.

When it comes to manifestation, your thoughts are the electric piece to the equation. Thoughts are electric and feelings are magnetic. A simpler way of saying it is that your thoughts are the action or the masculine. Your feelings are the magnet, or the feminine energy, to the thing that you desire most.

Do you see how each works together to create perfect synergy in business? Do you also see how sometimes it’s easy to fall into the trap of only focusing on your masculine energy to achieve success?

All too often, women find themselves conforming to the role of a business owner. This can lead them to deny their innate ability to create and manifest with ease.

Now It’s Your Turn…

Now that we’ve defined masculine vs. feminine energy, can you make a list of masculine and feminine attributes for yourself? How about for your business? Feel free to refer to this list that you made when answering the question if you are too heavily focused on masculine or feminine energies in your business.

Grab a notepad and write down two lists… Feminine Energy. Masculine Energy.

Finally, let’s talk about how you can simply and easily balance masculine and feminine energies. You can’t have one without the other, and balance is key to your success in business.
