Why would I choose to tell the truth about Truth Bomb to you?

Because my next statement is either going to resonate with you or make you click off this post.

For the last 60 years, men have been teaching women business. What’s been missing is female mentorship, training, and support.

Men gave us a priceless gift, the opportunity to work with them and learn the skills and mindset needed to build and scale a business. We needed to learn it. We needed to see it in action. Yet, did you ever feel like there was something off?

Do you feel like you are always needing to be in constant action, taking on more, and more, and then finally hitting a burnout phase? Wondering if you really have what it takes to build a 7-figure, even 8-figure business? Struggle to find balance in your life and business?

Ever feel the doubt creep in… UGH – I can see your look of agreement as you read this.

So let’s talk about Truth Bomb and why it’s about the conversation of dropping truth bombs for how women build a business and that it’s okay to build this way.

Truth Bomb: Female Business

There is a distinct and powerful difference between how women create and run a business.

Let’s back up a bit in history to help tell this story. In the early 1960, women began to join the workforce as soon as they were of age. Yet in 1999 the U.S. Bureau of Labor says that female participation in the labor force has been on a decline.

Yup, you read that right, for the last two decades there has been a decline of women in the workforce.

They are leaving the workforce to start their own businesses, join network marketing companies, create Shopify, and Esty stores.

The desire to be a financial contributor to the family and relationship is why many women seek this opportunity to be entrepreneurs.

Unfortunately, the Female Business isn’t being taught to females. It’s missing.

Ladies, when men teach us business, they are teaching from THEIR point of view and experience. They have no idea what it’s like to be a female business owner. They can guess, ask, and infer but it’s not the same as talking to a female business mentor or getting the training from female business owners.

The Female Business has been missing and it’s time to bring it back and gift it to all the female entrepreneurs in the world. It’s time to add back the feminine energy so that you have a sense of play, fun, and getting shit done with ease.

Female Business Founders

Three opinionated women came together, tired of the B.S. of learning how to build a business from a male perspective. Now don’t get us wrong, we love our men, but they don’t understand how we think about business. (lol) crowds laugh in agreement.

Truth bomb female founders

We are Heidi, the stay-at-home mom, Karin, the medical professional, and Chef Katrina, the culinary artist that wanted out of the corporate world or didn’t want to join the workforce. Together we have invested over $300K in courses, mentorship, and self-development programs to gain mastery in building our businesses.

We’ve built 6-figure businesses only to burn them down or stop building. And then we began to notice something. Have you noticed this yourself?

What we saw around us was the lack of female business owners, trainers, leaders, and speakers.

Truth Bomb… there is a serious lack of female mentors, training, and female business education. Women actually build businesses differently than men. When we tap into our feminine energy and intuition we thrive in business.

Truth Bomb The Community and Feminine Training

The time has come, for the first time ever in history, Truth Bomb is proud to be the premier female business leadership, training, and development company.  The first holistic approach to building a business and a balanced lifestyle for women entrepreneurs.

We are adding back the feminine energy to business training, leadership, courses, and in-person workshops. It’s time that women started learning just how powerful they are as females.

This is not us against them. That is ridiculous. It’s about adding back what’s been missing in the business world and that’s feminine energy. With the right balance, women thrive in this new environment while honoring the training and education we have learned from the powerful men in our lives.

So what is the next step? What do you need to do to be part of this new world of Female Business?

It’s a great post! You are right; males do not think like females 🙂 (look at the challenge of even finding a date – so running a business is different).

I am thankful for this statement –
This is not us against them. That is ridiculous. It’s about adding back what’s been missing…

Many will try to make a dividing line between the two. Over the past 100+ years in America, we have been destroying the M & F relationship in the home, leading to business and the “I don’t need you…” process, which will lead to the destruction of a nation.

Women have been a part of the business world to help the home be a home for thousands of years, so as you say, “With the right balance, women thrive in this new environment while honoring the training and education we have learned from the powerful men in our lives.”

For example, in the scripture Act_16:14 Now a certain woman named Lydia heard us. She was a seller of purple from the city of Thyatira,

And this description of a powerful woman…

Pro 31:10 Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies.
Pro 31:11 The heart of her husband safely trusts her; So he will have no lack of gain.
Pro 31:12 She does him good and not evil All the days of her life.
Pro 31:13 She seeks wool and flax, … You can read the rest and see for yourself.

So yes, I think it is an excellent post!

It’s true, the I don’t need you… or I can do this on my own has cause more havoc than we know. The ripple event is endless unless we start voice the power of both the masculine and the feminine energy that is needed to run business. The balance of this also impacts the lives of our family and friends.
Thank you for being part of the Truth Bomb community! We love hearing from you! ~Chef Katrina

Boy do I know the burnout you are referring to. I have at $60,000 in mentors, buying programs etc to bring my network marketing business online. For over 5 years my nose has been at the computer learning, comprehending and doing what I was told would help me get that 6 figure income.
One day as I was sitting at my computer to get content done and out to the world I realized I didn’t want to do it like this anymore. I couldn’t do it anymore. I felt that I had missed out on life.
Truthbomb is slowly getting me onto a different track for business. One that I am not sitting at the computer all day. One that I can speak my heart about my business and laugh with friends and fellow female entrepreneurs that understand.
Sorry for being so wordy, is that even a word? I am so glad to be a part of Truthbomb. I believe it is my life saver for my business, FOR ME!

      • Katrina

Burn out is something we all deal with and sitting in front of a computer could be the worst thing for women to do. More details on this later and inside the Truth Bomb community.
I’m glad you are part of this conversation and love getting your feedback! Thank you! ~Chef Katrina
