From networking marketing to a mental wellness coach, the journey hasn’t been easy.
As Karyn will tell you, many of us get involved with a network marketing company because it seems easy and you get to do it with friends. I will say, I love the network marketing industry for one thing… bringing personal development into business.
Karyn had a good amount of success in her company but always felt that something was off. She took her business to the internet and fell prey like many of us to the many marketing tactics that promise to help you find more leads, build your team faster, and all that other fun stuff.
For some, it works, for the majority it doesn’t, especially for women who have a job and family. We get into such a rush to get to the next rank faster that most of the time we don’t even stop to ask, is this what I really want or does my upline and company want it more?
Anyway… having jumped from marketing promise to marketing promise, something interesting happened to Kaz. A moment of clarity that gave her the freedom to discover something new. It’s right around minute 20 that she shares this insight.

After the insight that she shared with you, Kaz realized that she has a ton of knowledge in marketing and team building, what was lacking was her business education, even though she had owned a traditional business.
Being a business owner doesn’t always translate into creating and having a business plan. Many of us wing it. We make it up as we go or get sucked into someones else business strategy not realizing that it isn’t ours.
If you follow someone else’s 90-day business success formula, what you have to understand is that it is theirs. They created it for their business. Each business plan is unique to each business and the person running it. While we would like to believe all marketing is the same, it really isn’t. To stand out you have to know your business from IDEA to M.V.P. to MARKETING to COLLABORATION. Each step is an important process in running your own business. (Food for thought)
