The truth is that we’re natural manifestors, creators, and it’s our biological right. Now, let’s uncover the formula for harnessing the power of manifestation, specifically in your business.

Step 1: Self-Reflection

The journey to intentional manifestation starts with self-awareness. Begin by observing your thoughts and emotions. What are the recurring thoughts and feelings you experience daily? 

Your thoughts send out signals about what you desire, while your feelings attract those desires to you. Grab a journal and jot down your observations. 

Notice the thoughts that occur during everyday activities. Imagine that you are at the grocery store. What might you start to think and feel when a slow-moving shopper is in front of you? Are you sending out a signal of frustration and impatience, which can perpetuate negative thought cycles? 

Write down the thoughts and feelings that are not serving you in situations just like this. This is the first step to transformation.

Step 2: Rewire Your Thoughts and Feelings

Once you’ve identified the thoughts and feelings you want to change, it’s time to create a plan. Imagine yourself in similar situations but with a different perspective. Consider how you’d like to think and feel in those moments. 

To rewire your thoughts and feelings, you must genuinely believe in the new perspective. For instance, instead of frustration, you might choose to embrace the opportunity to slow down and appreciate the present moment when you’re waiting behind someone slow at the grocery store. 

Ask yourself what new thought and feeling works for you. Allow it to resonate with you on a personal level.

Step 3: Practice and Watch Yourself

Changing your thought patterns and feelings is a gradual process that requires patience. Keep a watchful eye on your reactions when impatience or other negative thoughts and emotions arise. 

Instead of allowing them to dominate, continue to consciously insert the new, desired thought and feeling. And give yourself grace in this process!

As you continue this practice, you’ll notice small, positive changes in your life. As you continue to do this, your world will respond by aligning more with your new thoughts and feelings, drawing them back to you.

What should female entrepreneurs do when manifestation doesn’t seem to be working in their business? This topic of manifestation is such a huge topic in today’s world, especially in the business world.

And today I want to demystify the reason that you might find yourself struggling with manifesting exactly what you want in your life and in your business. And today we’re going to be talking about manifestation and how you can start creating more manifestations showing up in your life with intention. Let’s talk about how you can start creating more with your manifestations. Alright, so let’s get into this topic of manifestation. This is one of my favorite topics because it is so taboo. A lot of people will try manifestation techniques, get frustrated and completely quit because they’re like, oh, that’s just a bunch of hooey.

Well, at the end of the day, your brain and your body are wired in such a way that you are always sending out signals with your mind. If you don’t believe me, then go ahead and hook yourself up to an EEG monitor. The EEG monitor is going to show you, yes, there are things signals that my brain is sending out on a regular basis.

Our body in the form of our heart is also sending out signals that are attracting things to us. So the thing is is that we are created to be manifestors, to be creators. That’s literally our biological right. We were created like this.

So let me show you the formula of how to actually start creating what it is that you want in your life and more specifically in your business. The first thing that we want to do, if we want to actually start manifesting with intention, actually choosing the things that we want to start seeing in our business, then we actually have to take a deep and hard look at ourselves.

When I first started down this process of manifestation, that’s exactly what I did. I could not get enough of learning around the process of manifestation, what my brain and what my body were capable of. And when you start going down and looking at yourself, the place that you want to start is what are the thoughts that I’m thinking and what are the feelings that I am feeling on a regular basis.

Because your thoughts are what are sending out the signal of what it is that you want to create in your life and your feelings or your heart is what’s drawing those things directly back to you. So actually getting very present with yourself on a moment to moment basis and noticing the thoughts and the feelings that you’re experiencing on a regular basis are incredibly important.

Now I’m going to tell you a statistic that could be a little bit upsetting to you. I know for me it was very upsetting when I learned this statistic. On average, most of us are thinking about 70% of our thoughts in a negative view. 70% that is a big number of negative thoughts.

Yeah, feelings. The feeling is the most important piece because that’s what draws it back to us. So those thoughts and feelings tend to be in a place of anger, frustration, overwhelm, anxiety.

These thoughts and feelings are not serving us. It’s not serving me when I think like this. This is actually what makes manifesting with intention, things that we actually want instead of things that we don’t want a lot more difficult.

Because we’re wired to stay in that lower vibrational, negative thought and feeling pattern. But that is not how we have to stay. And that’s what I want to help you start noticing today.

So that you can actually start creating a life that you love that you want to wake up to and that you absolutely enjoy. So step one is to actually start asking yourself, what are the thoughts and the feelings that I’m experiencing on a regular basis?

I highly recommend that you grab a journal and write them down. Take some time and notice. And this might happen as you’re on the go. Maybe you’re out and about, maybe you’re at the grocery store. And you find yourself getting impatient with the person that’s in front of you. That impatience that thought and the feeling is going to continue to bring back more impatience into your life.

And so you start to create this cycle of negative thoughts and feelings. And when we’re thinking negative and feeling negative and we’re feeling that impatience and it’s going in a cycle, we start to attract more things just like it. So next time you’re out and you notice thoughts and feelings like this, write them down.

That is something to actually start noticing. And now we can actually start making a plan for the future to help us when we do start to fall for some grace, per se. And we start to think impatient thoughts or frustration or overwhelmed.

Whatever it is that you find yourself thinking and feeling on a regular basis. So step two, once you figure out what those thoughts and feelings are that you want to start rewiring, now you can start making a plan for what you want to think and feel the next time that you notice that they start happening. So if we stay along the same lines as impatience in the grocery store with the person ahead of you, the thought and the feeling is that impatience with that person, right?

So now we can write that down as the thing that we want to rewire and change. Now we can look at that situation and go, how do I actually want to show up in a situation like this?

In my opinion, we have to plan for the future. We have to plan, how do we want to start thinking and feeling so that we can start creating more of what we want because we’re thinking and feeling a certain way? So instead of thinking, I am so frustrated with this person in front of me and I’m impatient, I want to get around them.

What if instead you said to yourself, wow, isn’t this a great opportunity for me to just notice what’s going on around me? What about isn’t this a great opportunity for me to slow down in my life? And not feel like I have to always be rushing through my life.

Things like this when you start thinking this way and you actually have a feeling connected to this thought of, isn’t it great that I get this chance to slow down in my life? I don’t have to run past this person and that this person is actually teaching me to slow down.

Ask yourself, what it is that you want to learn in that moment? How you actually want to start thinking and feeling and write that down as well? That way when you notice that you’re feeling impatient or frustration or whatever that situation makes you feel, you can now when you notice insert the new thought when you notice that you’re feeling a negative thoughts.

My biggest caveat with this entire situation is whatever thought or feeling that you want to insert in there that you want to actually start changing your thought process and rewiring, you actually have to believe the thought process. So if the examples that I gave to you, you can’t actually believe, you can’t believe that it’s great that this person helps you learn how to slow down in your life.

If you can’t believe that, then that is not the thought process. That is not the feeling that we need to actually insert in that situation. You actually have to find the thought in the feeling that fits for you.

Now the next step is to start watching yourself. Start noticing yourself when you start to feel that impatient or that frustration. Instead of letting the thought in the feeling run wild like we have been doing up to this point, now you can actually start inserting the thought in the feeling that you prefer to feel. Now to be completely honest with you, this is not a simple or fast process.

This is something that’s going to require each and every one of us to take a look at our thoughts on a moment to moment basis, slowing down with ourselves and join the process. This is literally how you create change. If you want to start manifesting in your life, you have to start thinking, acting and feeling completely different.

You basically have to become that new version of who it is that you want to be in your life, in your business. And that’s how you start drawing more of those things, those thoughts and feelings to you. So if you want to have the thoughts and feelings of being a relaxed, happy individual, you have to start practicing the thoughts and feelings that a relaxed, happy individual actually has. And then once you start embodying that as you’re practicing it, you’ll start to notice small things coming your way where the universe is literally going, hey, you’re on the right track.

You’re doing exactly what you need to be doing, keep going. And the more you keep going, changing your thoughts and feelings, the more you draw things that someone that’s relaxed and happy will draw back to them. Back to you, that’s exactly what’s going to happen. And that’s exactly how the whole process of manifestation works.
